The clinical significance of plasma levels of H-FABP in secondary diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome

Objective To explore plasma levels of H-FABP on clinical significance of secondary diagnosis in Acute Coronary Syndrome.Methods Selected 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome in observation group,selected another 50 cases of stable angina patients in the same period as the control group,compared cardiac marker level,H-FABP and other markers of the relationship between sensitivity and patient changing.Results There were significant difference between two groups of the cardiac markers.Wether chest pain appear time was 3 h or 3 h,there were significant differences between plasma H-FABP-positive number compared with other indicators.There were significant differences between coronary artery in patients with ACS 1,2,multiple-vessel lesions of plasma H-FABP level comparison.There were significant differences between ACS coronary artery in patients with mild to moderate or severe pathological changes of plasma H-FABP level comparison.Conclusion Detection of plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome H-FABP level can assist in disease and cardiac function in patients with prediction and decision,clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndrome have a certain significance.
