Method for FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) gasoline oxidation sweetening with ionic liquid

2012
The invention relates to a method for FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) gasoline oxidation sweetening with ionic liquid. The method adopts the technical scheme as follows: in an FCC gasoline system, taking trifluoroacetic acid imidazole salt type ionic liquid as a catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant, and controlling the reaction temperature to be 60-80 DEG C and the reaction time to be 0.5-2h. Due to the method, the FCC gasoline desulfurization rate achieves more than 95%, the sulphur content is reduced to be less than 10ppm, and the EU V emission standards are met. Compared with other desulfurization technologies, the method is carried out under normal pressure and temperature, is moderate in conditions and can remove sulfide in the FCC gasoline without changing fuel components.
