Abstract We evaluated oligoclonal IgG band (OCB) patterns obtained by analyzing paired cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum samples of 77 patients with acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis (ADEM) and 411 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
