The invention provides a photovoltaic reflecting film and a photovoltaic assembly. The photovoltaic assembly comprises a plurality of battery pieces, a welding strip connected onto surfaces of the battery pieces and the photovoltaic reflecting film, wherein a microstructure layer arranged on the surface of the photovoltaic reflecting film is composed of a plurality of polygonal pyramids; a photovoltaic reflecting film transparent region is correspondingly arranged on the upper surface of each battery piece; and a reflecting region is correspondingly arranged on the upper surface of the welding strip. Compared with the prior art, the reflecting microstructure is composed of the plurality of polygonal pyramids and incident light can be reflected in a plurality of directions and then is absorbed by the battery pieces, so that the area of a reflecting surface can be effectively enlarged, the light energy utilization rate is improved and the output power of the photovoltaic assembly is increased; the photovoltaic reflecting film is directly and wholly stuck on the upper surfaces of the battery pieces, and a part, corresponding to the welding strip on the battery pieces, is a reflecting region, so that the trouble that the surface of the single welding strip is provided with the reflecting film one by one is avoided and the photovoltaic assembly is convenient and rapid; and the reflecting film wholly has a reinforcing effect on the battery pieces, and fragments of the battery pieces are effectively prevented.
