Waist wheel connection mechanism of gas Roots flowmeter

2011
The utility model relates to a waist wheel connection mechanism of a gas Roots flowmeter, which comprises the following components: a waist wheel, a main shaft I, a main shaft II, a synchronous gear, a first bearing and a second bearing. The main shaft I is provided at the front end of the waist wheel through socket joint. Furthermore the synchronous gear is fixedly equipped at the outer end of the main shaft I. The main shaft II is provided at the back end of the waist wheel through socket joint. Furthermore the outer end of the main shaft II is in transition fit with the second bearing. The side surfaces of the synchronous gear are parallel with the end face of the waist wheel. The main shaft I is provided with the first bearing and the synchronous gear. The first bearing is provided outside the synchronous gear and is furthermore in transition fit with the main shaft I. The waist wheel connection mechanism of the gas Roots flowmeter according to the technical solution has the following good effects: simple structure, reliable operation, and high convenience in realizing on-line maintenance and periodical inspection.
