The invention discloses a photovoltaic energy storage electric automobile charging station system and a method for switching working state of an energy storage system. The photovoltaic energy storage electric automobile charging station system comprises a photovoltaic system, an energy storage system, a charging system, a DC(direct current)/AC (alternating current) inverter, an AC/DC rectifier and a DC/DC converter, wherein the photovoltaic system is connected to an alternating current power distribution network by virtue of the DC/AC inverter and is connected to the energy storage system by virtue of the DC/DC converter; the energy storage system is connected to the alternating current power distribution network by virtue of the DC/AC inverter and is connected to the charging system by virtue of the DC/DC converter; and the charging system is connected to the alternating current power distribution network by virtue of the AC/DC rectifier. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that uniform scheduling on the photovoltaic system and the energy storage system in the electric automobile charging station is realized, utilization rate of the charging station to solar energy in an area is improved, and impact to a power grid by centralized charging can be effectively buffered, thus power supply stability is guaranteed, grid discharging can be realized, peak shaving of the power grid can be participated, power quality is improved, and obvious economic benefit is achieved.
