가스 직화식 흡수식 냉ㆍ난방기의 운전특성에 관한 연구

1995
A program was developed to design, predict the performance and analyze the operating characteristics of an absorption chiller & heater. The program incorporated several models of previous works in heat transfer, and its predictions were in good agreements with our experimental data. Refrigerant spill over and solution over flow phenomena, which strongly affects the performance, was included in the program to simulate more closely to a real system. Using this program, we were able to study the effects on the operating characteristics for varying cases of chilled and cooling water flow rates and their temperatures, input gas flow rates, solution circulation flow rates, and partial pressures of non condensible gas. The study showed that when the refrigerant spill over occurs, the performance decreases substantially. Solution over flow and refrigerant spill over occur as the solution flow rate increases, and on the other hand cristallization may occur as the circulation flow rate decreases. If the partial pressure of non condensible gas reaches 2.5 torr, the refrigerating capacity decreases by 60%.
