Joint Optimal Planning of Electricity-gas-heat System Considering Refined Gas Network Modeling

With the continuous development and application of various energy couplings such as combined heat and power units(CHP), gas turbines, power-to-gas (P2G) and other devices, the coupling of various energy sources in production, transmission, distribution and consumption has also strengthened. Therefore, when doing comprehensive energy planning, the integration and coordination between different energy sources must be considered to achieve the optimal allocation of different kinds of resources. This paper makes process in system plan with taking into account P2G and CHP units. A integrated energy optimal planning model considering electricity-gas-heat coupling is established, and a genetic algorithm-based solving method and the calculation process are given. According to the analysis of IEEE-24 and the 20 node natural gas grid in Belgium ,this paper verifies the validity of the model.
