Маркеры эндогенной интоксикации в крови лабораторных мышей при интоксикации различными дозами метилфосфоната

The article presents the research data of biochemical indicators of protein metabolism of laboratory mice for the purpose of studying the detoxication system functioning. The time history of the peroxidation products content of protein and lipids, substances with small and average molecular weight while methylphosphonic acid intoxication in various doses is described. It is shown that methylphosphonic acid has reversible influence on antioxidant and detoxification systems of the mice.
