2011
[Objective]To explore the situation of depression and its influencing factors among traumatic brain injury(IBI)patients.[Methods]A total of 240 traumatic brain injury patients were collected from January 2006 to January 2011,and self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the demographic data and its influencing factors of depression. There was significant difference between the age, education level, work after discharge from hospital, economic compensation,CGS,PCS and MCS. The Logistic regression analysis showed the ORs of education above college,CGS﹥8,PCS﹤55 and MCS﹤57 for depression of IBI patients were 0.51(0.33-0.98),0.47(0.22-0.74),3.56(2.53-7.94)and 4.13(1.96-7.45),respectively.[Conclusion]The depression incidence is high among IBI patients, the GCS,education level and quality of life are related to depression of IBI patients.
