Provided is an ambulance used for rescuing puerperas and newborns. The ambulance comprises a controller, a monitor, an infant incubator, an electric chair, a wireless communication device, and a GPS device in a carriage. The monitor is electrically connected with the controller. The controller is connected with one or more of mobile phones, computers, and a monitoring platform in a wireless manner through the wireless communication device. The GPS device is electrically connected with the controller. The electric chair can make a puerpera conveniently and rapidly get on and get off the ambulance, improving first-aid efficiency and preventing exacerbation of the puerpera caused by improper transfer. The infant incubator can provide necessary vital sign support conditions for a newborn, preventing exacerbation of the newborn in transit. In addition, when a patient is in the ambulance, doctors can get to know vital signs of the patient in a hospital in a remote manner, and make a diagnosis and treatment scheme, to win more rescue time and improve survival rate of the patient.
