Practice and Reflection on Integration of Urban and Rural Development: An Inspection on "Jin Bao Yin" Project in Zhengban Community of Xiamen

In order to remove the split of urban-rural dual structure,and extremely non-balanced development of urban-rural,in recent years,some important propositions such as the concept of scientific development,integration of urban and rural development,the construction of a harmonious society,have been proposed.Xiamen,Located in the southeast coast of China,actively puts "old village transformation,new village construction" and "Jin Bao Yin" project into practice,according to local realities,so as to speed up the integration process of urban and rural areas outside and inside Xiamen Island.By inspecting the practice of Zhengban Community,this paper aggregates the characteristics of integration of urban and rural development in the outside of Xiamen Island,analyses of its problems and shortcomings,and at last,also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
