The present invention provides an uplink control resource determination method, apparatus, transmission end and receiving end, the method comprises: configuring a candidate resource having Q physicaluplink control channels ( PUCCH) at a transmitting end, Q being a positive integer, at least one of the candidate resources of the configured PUCCH being located within a frequency domain resource range of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) of the receiving end. The PUCCH candidate resource within the frequency domain resource range of the PUSCHor PDSCH at the receiving end is selected as the specific PUCCH resource at the receiving end, which can ensure the channel quality of the PUCCH transmission and is beneficial to improve PUCCH performance.
