Radioactive fission products in lungs.

WE have made measurements on the radioactivity of lung tissue, which show that the amount of fission products at present deposited in lungs by inhalation is large enough to be detected by comparatively simple means. This seems of interest for studying retention of dust in the respiratory tract.
