Assessment Management Innovation and Practice of Major Development Leaders Based on HeXie Management Model

In the context of top tier major development, innovative assessment management is one of the important ways to improve the quality and ability of major development leaders and strengthen teams. It is beneficial to use HeXie management model to study the assessment management of major development leaders in colleges and universities.
