Артроскопия при травме и заболеваниях коленного сустава у детей

This article summarizes the experience with the use of arthroscopy in children with acute injuries and congenital malformation of the knee joint. Strategies are described for the treatment of hemarthrosis in the knee joint and traumatic dislocation of dysplastic patella, injuries and diseases of meniscus, fractures of intercondyloid elevation and breaks of cruciate ligaments. It is shown that knee pathology in children of different age groups is of polyvalent natuкe but manifests inteslf in similar clinical picture. Arthroscopy can be used not only for diagnostics of intra-articular pathology but also as a minimally invasive method for the treatment of knee injuries and diseases in children of any age.
