A Method for Producing L-Methionine Crystal Using Crystallization Technique

The present application relates to a method for producing an L-methionine crystal with improved bulk density. The L-methionine crystals produced according to the method for producing the L-methionine crystal of the present application can have an apparent density of up to 800 g/L, and thus it is expected that the cost of storage and transportation of an L-methionine powder can be reduced and operating environments can be improved by improving the flow characteristics of the powder.
