A leaf impression from early miocene of Mizoram, India

A fossil leaf impression identified as Phyllanthus Linn. of the family Euphorbiaceae is described from Mampui area in Mizoram state of Eastern India. The exposure belongs to the Middle Bhuban Formation of Surma Groups.
