GoetheShaker ? - Developing a Rating Score for Automated Evaluation of Cocktail Recipes

In this paper we present a method for automated evaluation of cocktail recipes. Based on three components, we created a measure to assess the quality of a cocktail: harmony, popularity and prole match. The harmony represents how dierent ingredients harmonize with each other. The popularity helps frequently used ingredients stabilizing the recipe. The prole match ensures that cocktail recipes are well formed.
