Health reminding system

The invention discloses a health reminding system which comprises a storage unit, wearable equipment and a mobile terminal, wherein the storage unit is used for storing preset sign data of a user and storing reminding data related to environmental conditions; the wearable equipment comprises a sign monitoring device and is used for acquiring the sign data of the user; and the mobile terminal is respectively connected with the storage unit and the wearable equipment and is used for selecting the reminding data pre-stored in the storage unit according to the environmental conditions of the environment of the user and the sign data acquired by the wearable equipment, displaying the reminding data to a first display unit and outputting the reminding data to the wearable equipment through an output unit. The health reminding system disclosed by the invention is simpler and more convenient for the user and can intelligently and efficiently acquire health reminding data related to body conditions and periphery conditions.
