Drowning alarm system and drowning alarm method

A drowning alarm system and a drowning alarm method are disclosed. The drowning alarm system comprises a submerged detection apparatus, a position detection apparatus and a signal emitter. The submerged detection apparatus is configured to detect whether the submerged detection apparatus is submerged and generate a submerged alarm instruction under the condition that the submerged detection apparatus is submerged. The position detection apparatus is configured to determine whether the submerged detection apparatus is in a predetermined scope and generate a distance information instruction under the condition that the submerged detection apparatus is in the predetermined scope. The signal emitter is configured to emit a first alarm signal under the condition that the submerged detection apparatus generates the submerged alarm instruction and the position detection apparatus generates the distance information instruction. By using the drowning alarm system and the drowning alarm method, a false alarm prevention function of drowning alarm is realized.
