Main circuit topological structure applied to wireless charger of electric vehicle

2013
The utility model relates to the wireless charging technical field and discloses a main circuit topological structure applied to the wireless charger of an electric vehicle, which comprises a PFC circuit, a full-bridge inverter circuit, a full-bridge output circuit and a step-down circuit. The above circuits are sequentially connected together. The PFC circuit is used for correcting the input current of a rectifier to be synchronous sine waves to that of the voltage of the mains supply. The full-bridge inverter circuit is used for supplying an exciting current to a transformer. The full-bridge output circuit is used for outputting a rectified filtering current. The step-down circuit is used for charging a battery pack. The PFC circuit comprises a rectifier, a first inductor, a first power transistor, a first power diode and a first filter capacitor. The first inductor, the first power transistor, the first power diode and the first filter capacitor are sequentially connected with the rectifier. The full-bridge inverter circuit is in connection with the primary side of the transformer. The full-bridge output circuit is in connection with the secondary side of the transformer. The step-down circuit comprises a sixth power transistor, a sixth power diode, a second inductor and a third filter capacitor. The wireless charging system provided by the utility model is stable and reliable in operation.
