The invention provides an opening navigation detection system for spinal surgeries. The detection system comprises an excitation current module, a current processing module, an electrical stimulation probe, a mechanomyography detection module, a judging and displaying module and a voice alarm module. The excitation current module is used for generating stimulation current; the current processing module is used for filtering the stimulation current to convert the stimulation current into some current with the scope of 1-15mA; the electrical stimulation probe is used for stimulating nerve root in a surgical site, and muscle is contracted because of nerve stimulation when a screw path is located close to nerve and when electrical stimulation on the nerve exceeds a threshold; the mechanomyography detection module is used for collecting mechanomyography signals generated from muscle contraction; the judging and displaying module is used for analyzing the intensity of the mechanomyography signals and for displaying the intensity in the form of an illustrative diagram so that doctors can observe stimulation intensity, and meanwhile, the judging and displaying module is used for judging the intensity of the mechanomyography signal; and the voice alarm module is used for transmitting a voice alarm if the signals are too strong.
