Proceso logístico de las empresas del sector lácteo del municipio Jesús Enrique Lossada del Estado Zulia

The integrated logistics and process management are crucial in a rapidly changing and competitive business environment like today, to identify areas for improvement at every level of the same. Based on the above, the objective of this paper is to analyze the logic process of the dairy companies Jesus Enrique Lossada Municipality in Zulia State. The theoretical framework used is based on the position of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Spain (2007), Ballou (2004), Bowersox and col. (2007), among others. The research is descriptive not a transactional field experimental design, the population consists of all companies in the dairy sector the municipality mentioned above; information was collected through questionnaire administered 1 to 6 logistics managers. Reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the resulting values were 0.943, being absolutely reliable. Information obtained generated data which ensure that it is possible to structure the logistic process of dairy companies Township Jesus Enrique Lossada Zulia state, being composed of the set of activities proposed by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain (2007), among which are located: procurement, production, distribution and transport and customer service; strategically coordinated to ensure timely delivery of products and / or services to end customers.
