The two ends of the shell are used for being connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe respectively, a plurality of cavities are evenly machined in the side wall of the outer portion of the shell in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, the elastic diaphragms are placed in the cavities and divide the cavities into upper cavity bodies and lower cavity bodies, the end covers are adopted at the upper ends of the upper cavity bodies to compress the elastic diaphragms and achieve the sealing function on the cavities, the upper cavity bodies are gas pressure cavities, the lower cavity bodies are energy storage cavities, and energy storage device holes are machined in the side wall of the shell to enable the energy storage cavities to be communicated with the inner portion of the shell. A plurality of round hole plates with inclined through holes are arranged in the shell in the axial direction, the hole plates are located between two axial adjacent energy storage device holes, and the surfaces of the hole plates are perpendicular to the axial direction of the shell. A diaphragm device energy storage set and the hole plate pulsation attenuator are effectively combined, pressure pulsation with different frequencies and pressures can be attenuated, wideband voltage transformation pressure pulsation attenuation is achieved, and the wideband voltage transformation pressure pulsation attenuator can adapt to various pressure application occasions.
