The present invention discloses a microporous silicone rubber foam and a preparation method of a hybrid cell structure, characterized by 100 parts of the silicone rubber base, 15 to 45 parts of a reinforcing agent, 2 to 3 parts by control agent porogen 60 to 125 parts, the radiosensitizer 3 to 5 parts by kneaded and molded, cross-linked, γ-ray radiation absorbed dose of radiation so that the occurrence of 30 ~ 70kGy, and then eluted by segment into the hole, to obtain excellent properties of silicone rubber microvoided foam materials after drying. The present invention uses a radiation crosslinking eluted pore complex method, not only uniformity of crosslinking, easy to control, energy saving, and the process is simple, reproducible, high production efficiency, the silicone rubber of the microporous foam prepared was mixed foam pore structure, having excellent performance, small cells, white color, texture, flexibility, the crosslink density and gel content appropriate tensile strength and high elongation at break, tensile strain and low compression set.
