Stay cable dehumidification and anticorrosion system

The invention relates to a stay cable dehumidification and anticorrosion system which is mainly composed of a sealed space, air inlet equipment in a bridge tower and a vacuum pump in a box beam. The sealed space is formed by an HDPE protection sleeve, a sealing barrel, an anchoring cup, and a cover plate in an overall mode. The stay cable dehumidification and anticorrosion system adopts a warm dry air protection technology so as to enable a sealed space of a cable body to be always located in a favorable warm dry environment, so that the purpose of protecting steel wire harnesses is achieved. Humidity and air pressure sensors are arranged on multiple points in the cable body and are used for monitoring whether environment humidity and the HDPE in the cable body are complete, further controlling equipment to operate, and deciding whether a stay cable needs maintaining or replacing. Compared with traditional passive anticorrosion measures such as oil painting, the stay cable dehumidification and anticorrosion system adopts active anticorrosion measures capable of real-time monitoring so as to greatly improve safety and endurable performance of the stay cable.
