A device for hip fractures comprising: a plate (11), the plate having a head portion and a portion of shaft; a cylinder (41) which projects from the head portion of the plate; a screw (33) inserted in the cylinder; and an end cap (51) fixed to the head portion of the plate, in which the screw slides into the end cap when a load device applies to fractures; further it comprising a friction pin (61) slidably connected to the screw, in which the friction pin is fixedly connected with the end cap and the screw slides on the friction pin toward end cap when a load device applies to fractures.
