Specific skills required at the overall physical condition classes directed at various sports areas at the higher education institution are formed based on the total body endurance, which serves as the grounds of possible demonstration of students’ physical qualities that equal to their level of motor development. The necessity to increase the load at the level of further education and performance depends on the adaptation process that often serves as a factor prolonged enough according to the generally accepted criteria of the performance evaluation. The possibility to perform long duration tasks corresponds to the degree of increase in functional systems activity of the organism (respiration, blood circulation, metabolism etc.). Gaining the required level of development of the functional system is aided by the breathing exercises in the introducing and final parts of the workout, as well as in the periods of inactivity between exercise repetitions. Mastering the required level of functional readiness development makes it considerably easier to complete successfully sport technique by elements and by the whole. In this case, it’s possible to skip the stage of transfer of physical qualities and motion skills, as it usually occurs in practice.
