Interim National Drugs Strategy 2009-2016 The aim of this evaluation is three fold; â?¢ to conduct an evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of each of the projects funded by the South East Regional Drugs Task Force (SERDTF) and provide a report on each project, scored against their original aims and objectives â?¢ to undertake a needs assessment with regard to substance misuse in the South-East region. â?¢ against the backdrop of the needs assessment, the new National Drug Strategy and the project evaluations, to prepare a roadmap for future substance misuse services within the South-East and to score the capacity of evaluated services to meet those needs.
