At fist 3 days lifes newborn children decreases concentracion of bilious pigments in biles, basically to account glucuronily conjugatis (azodipirrol S), increases contens an azodlperrolis groups and, obliquely pointing to presence cholestasis.Revealled BIgh specific contents in under investigation bile azodipirrol! (before 8%), being bilirubin isomere IX-, or IX-, which are to remove a liver and buds without the preliminary eonjugation. The result of examination could determine the cholestatis coefficient, capable reserve and glucuronyl transcferase hepatic system maturity in newborn. The receiving data may, beused for diagnosis of different forms of heonate hyperbilirubinemia.
