Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Yashiro catheter short looping technique in superselective catheterization of the same side femora-iliac artery.Methods Forty two patients with pelvic disease received transcatheter arterial endovascular therapy were retrospectively reviewed.A team:twenty three patients were used Yashiro catheter short looping technique;B team:nineteen patients were used Cobra catheter long looping technique.The catheterization's method,process,time and risk in group A and B were compared.Results In group A the catheterization's method and process was simple,time was short,risk was small.Conlusion Yashiro catheter short looping technique for superselective catheterization of the same side femoral-iliac artery is important valuable.
