Terapia comunitária integrativa na qualificação do atendimentos na atenção básica

Objective: To report the experience in the process of qualification and qualification of integrative community therapy in a northern municipality of Parana. Method: This is a professional experience that occurred in a municipality in northern Parana, from November 2016 to November 2017, through the mental health qualification project in the psychosocial care network. the qualification trained 30 professionals from the psychosocial care network through a team of community therapists. Results: the high impact of Integrative Community therapy with 320 wheels was observed the impact of Integrative Community therapy, serving 5,020 users mainly in primary health care, proving to be a strategic tool to assist health and build community ties, enabling social and social change. recognizing the skills of each social actor to contribute to overcoming difficulties. Conclusion: With this training process, it was verified how integrative community therapy can be a tool of care for health professionals to use, in coping with situations of suffering arising from the patient’s daily life, building social support networks, enabling changes and recognizing the competences of each social actor to overcome the reported difficulties. It is a lightweight technology that is low cost and high impact to the population served.
