다중 회귀 분석을 활용한 보일러의 공사비 예측 모델 개발

In Korea, an integrated support system has been developed to support decision-making by clients and the persons concerned of building energy performance improvement considering building energy performance and economics when designing and remodeling buildings. Among the programs, the ‘Energy Efficiency Support Program’ provides the optimal building energy efficient measures by reflecting the user’s requirements based on the economic evaluation standard model and economic evaluation DB. In order to utilize the integrated support system under development, Energy Efficient Measure(EEM)s, economic evaluation DB and evaluation methods were developed using domestic related laws and building energy simulation programs. The constructed DBs have a large amount of data, so the simulation response time for estimating energy requirements through simulation is large, and it is difficult to evaluate by applying a value other than the performance of the constructed DB. Therefore, in this study, to increase the utilization of the DB, a model for predicting the construction cost of the boiler was developed based on the EEMs and economic evaluation DB of non-residential buildings using a multi-regression model. Also, the developed model was verified and applied to actual nonresidential buildings to examine its usability.
