Power-grid-based power strip control system and method

The invention discloses a power-grid-based power strip control system and a power-grid-based power strip control method. The system comprises a mobile terminal, a global system for mobile communication (GSM) wireless communication module, a master control unit, slave control units and power strip state detection control circuits, wherein the mobile terminal is used for transmitting operation instructions to the master control unit in a short message form; the GSM wireless communication module is used for receiving the operation instructions transmitted by the mobile terminal in the short message form, and transmitting the operation instructions to the master control unit; the master control unit is used for determining slave control units to be controlled by the instructions according to the operation instructions in the short message form, and transmitting the operation instructions to the slave control units through power lines; the slave control units are used for receiving the instructions transmitted through the power lines, and driving the power strip state detection control circuits to control power strip switches to be turned on or turned off; and the power strip state detection control circuits are used for detecting and controlling the turning-on or turning-off states of the power strip switches. Power carrier communication modules are used as the master control unit and the slave control units, and communicate through the power lines to form a local area network to realize intelligent control over power strips used by each electrical appliance in a family space.
