Cystic hypernephroma mimicking an hepatic mass.

A renal mass was correctly identified with Tc-99m sulfur colloid liver-spleen scan and Tc-99m glucoheptonate scintigraphy while CT scan was misinterpreted as showing a hepatic lesion.
