Underground cables and overhead lines (parts III and IV of the regulations)

Most accidents involving underground cables are caused by authorities not locating the lines correctly. Two regulations are presented, the first requires that all cables be screened and the second that they are put below a certain depth. Regulations for overhead lines are also discussed with particular reference to the materials used for support. >
