Australian Curriculum: Mathematics - a New Look at a Familiar Task

Problem solving and reasoning, two of the proficiency strands of the new Australian mathematics curriculum are discussed. Problem solving and reasoning are linked with the measurement and geometry strand using lessons, which are highlighted.
