Backhaul link establishment method, apparatus and system

The present invention provides a backhaul link establishment method, an apparatus and a system, wherein the backhaul establishment method comprises: a UE obtaining system information that is broadcasted by a first node and comprises backhaul requirement information of the first node; based on the backhaul requirement information of the first node and current signal quality of the first node, the UE determining that the first node functions as an access node of the UE; the UE sending request information to a second node so as to enable the second node to determine backhaul establishment instruction information based on backhaul capacity increasing information in the request information and an identifier of the first node; the UE receiving the backhaul establishment instruction information sent by the second node and completing configuration of a backhaul link between the first node and the second node through the UE based on the backhaul establishment instruction information, thus implementing establishment of a new backhaul link to the second node for the first node that is overloaded through the UE that is provided with a relay capability, making an excessively high load of the first node be reduced under a premise of not affecting service experience of users.
