Silicon phthalocyanine derivative, and applications thereof in preparing biotin receptor targeted silicon phthalocyanine photosensitizer

2017
The invention belongs to the technical field of photodynamic drugs and photosensitizers, and more specifically relates to a silicon phthalocyanine (SiPc-biotin) derivative, and applications thereof in preparing a biotin receptor targeted silicon phthalocyanine photosensitizer. The novel silicon phthalocyanine derivative is synthesized based on conventional silicon phthalocyanine compounds via introducing biotin into the axial direction structure of silicon phthalocyanine via covalent bonds. The silicon phthalocyanine derivative is capable of targeting biotin receptor high expression tumor cells, possesses excellent photodynamic activity, and is a novel biotin receptor targeted phthalocyanine photosensitizer. The potential toxicity of the SiPc-biotin derivative on human normal cells is much lower than that of SiPc-pip which is a precursor of the SiPc-biotin derivative, and is a potential targeted photodynamic therapy photosensitizer.
