Correlation study of anti-mechanism of acitretin on psoriasis

Objective To investigate the acitretin A can be induced in primary human skin keratinocytes apoptosis and acitretin A anti psoriasis. Methods Flow cytometry double labeling and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the apoptosis of the cells before and after induction of drug interaction analysis,by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Acitretin A can be induced in primary human skin keratinocytes apoptosis,cell apoptosis degree in a concentration and time obvious dependence. Conclusions The citretin A can induce the apoptosis of the primary human keratinocytes,and the citretin A has curative effect on the clinical curative effect of acitretin.
