According to the reforming feedstock prehydrogenation catalyst and the preparation method, a catalyst carrier is modified in the preparation process so that the catalyst carrier can have higher strength, a larger specific surface and a larger pore size, and catalyst active components can be more evenly distributed on the carrier. The process condition adaption capacity of the catalyst is high, and the catalyst has high hydrodesulfurization and denitrification activity. The preparation method is simple, the raw materials which are used are low in price and easy to obtain, and all the raw materials and products are sold on the market.
