This study was to evaluate the antinociceptive activity of fresh juice (J-SD) obtained from Sedum dendroideum leaves. In the acetic acid- induced writhing test, oral pre-treatment of mice with the J-SD produced a dose-related inhibition of the writhes number, with maximal inhibition of the 55.6% and ID50 calculated was 668 mg/kg.
