Effect of Isodon.serra(Maxim) Kudo against the Markers of Prekronbotic state and Preimflammation state in Metabolize syndrome

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of Isodon.serra(Maxim) Kudo against the markers of Prekronbotic state and Preimflammation state in Metabolize syndrome.[Methods]100 patients with the abnormal markers of Prekronbotic state and Preimflammation state in Metabolize syndrome were randomized to treatment groupⅠ(GroupⅠ,n=50) and treatment groupⅡ(GroupⅡ,n = 50).they drinked with Isodon.serra(Maxim) Kudo 5 g with 50-60 degrees 50 mL water soaking water alter 60 minutes for 28 days(GroupⅠq.d,GroupsⅡb.i.d).Healthy controls(GroupsⅢ,n = 50) without treatment,another.The groupsⅠandⅡwere detected plasma ET,VwF.GMP-140,DD,hs-CRP,ALT,AST and BNU in the day before treatment and 29~(th) day after treatment,also were detected plasma ALT,AST and BUN in 7~(th),14~(th),and 21~(th) day after treatment,respecitely.[Results]①It has remarkable difference that the all levels of plasma ET,VwF,GMP-140,DD and hs-CRP before treatment in groupsⅠandⅡcompared with its in GroupsⅢ(P0.01),respecitively.②It has remarkable difference that the all levels of plasma ET,VwF, GMP-140,DD and hs-CRP before treatment compared with its after treatment(P0.05) in groupsⅠandⅡ,respecitely.③There were no remarkable difference for the all levels of plasma ET,VwF,GMP-140,DD and hs-CRP after treatment between groupsⅠandⅡ(P0.05),respecitively.[Conclusion]Isodon.serra(Maxim) Kudo can improve the markers of prekronbotic state and preimflammation state in metabolize syndrome.
