ІННОВАЦІЙНЕ МИСЛЕННЯ ПРИ ФОРМУВАННІ НОВИХ МЕТОДОЛОГІЙ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ

The rapid development of project management as a science and its application in many subject areas, each with its own specificity, in the world formed a large range of knowledge and methodologies, most of which have unique models, methods and mechanisms of control. Proposed in article mechanisms convergence systems provide the ability to create new methods and models of project management taking into account the different approaches to the same methods of convergence. Designated chronological stages of project management methodologies compared to the phases of management systems in different application areas. Also it is identified the innovative thinking necessary components of a project manager to ensure the development of industry and society in general. It was determined that the basis for effective project activity is the convergence of its three components: the philosophical and methodological foundations, professional and personal components. Thus, the effectiveness of project management largely depends on personal determinants: only creative thinking, comprehensive, result-focused person, who does not avoid responsibility for decisions, able to succeed in project activities.Results of the study can be used in the selection and development of new methodologies for making unique management decisions.
