The invention relates to a capacitance touch system which comprises a touch panel, a sensing circuit and a microprocessor, wherein the touch panel comprises a plurality of first axial lines along a first axial direction and a plurality of second axial lines along a second axial direction; the microprocessor is used for controlling the sensing circuit to emit a first emitting signal to one of the first axial lines and receiving a plurality of first sensing signals corresponding to the first emitting signal from the plurality of second axial lines; and if the delay between one of the first sensing signals and the first emitting signal exceeds a first preset value, the microprocessor is used for controlling the sensing circuit to emit a second emitting signal to a second axial line corresponding to the first sensing signal and receiving a plurality of second sensing signals corresponding to the second emitting signal from the plurality of first axial lines.
