APLICAÇÃO DE FERRAMENTAS DE MELHORIA CONTINUA DA QUALIDADE NA ANÁLISE DE PAPELÃO ONDULADO: ESTUDO DE CASO

The aim of this study was to analyze the corrugated cardboard production process, from how to obtain decisions using continuous improvement tools, to the understanding of data obtained by testing, such skills must be part of the production manager's active routine. Industrial. The methodology used was the case study, in a fourth company in Brazil in this segment. After a request for a Cobb test <= 15g / m² was not met, a study group was structured to understand the phenomenon, the root causes of the problem of this work were verified and consequently suggested to the containment measures to reduce or minimize the problems of quality. The tests of the Cobb method together with the quality tools were essential for a better understanding of the problem studied. The joint work of the Ishikawa diagram tools, 5 Why and 5W + 2H allows greater clarity for decision partitions. Therefore, its use within the processes resulting from the problems is of great research is subjective, as they subsidize the study groups for a deeper analysis of the study.
