Management of Tube-Related Hypotony Using Ab Interno Placement of Multifilament Nylon Suture to Reduce Flow

Abstract Hypotony occurs in 5% of patients following tube-shunt procedures. We conducted in vitro experiments to determine flow resistance conferred by occluding the tube with 3-0 multi-filament nylon suture and report its outcome for 4 patients.
