The embodiment of the invention provides an electricity utilization information collecting system which comprises a communication port, a human-computer interaction interface, an authentication module and a task processing module. The communication port is used for establishing communication connection with a concentrator. The human-computer interaction interface is used for receiving first indicating information input by an operator. The authentication module is used for generating an authorization key according to the attribute information of the electricity utilization information collecting system. The task processing model is used for acquiring the first indicating information from the human-computer interaction interface, carrying out encryption on the first indicating information by utilizing the authentication key, sending the encrypted first indicating information to the concentrator through the communication port, acquiring feedback information, responding to operational orders, of at least one electricity meter through the communication port, and controlling the human-computer interaction interface to display the feedback information. The electricity utilization information collecting system makes operation over the electricity meter to be more flexible.
