4-Anilinoquinazoline imine derivative and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a 4-anilinoquinazoline imine derivative. The 4-anilinoquinazoline imine derivative is characterized by having a general formula as shown in the specification. The 4-anilinoquinazoline imine derivative is synthesized by taking performing six reactions such as nitration and ring opening on isatin which is taken as a raw material; the inhibition effects of the compound disclosed by the embodiment on proliferation in vitro of three strains of tumor cells, namely A549, HepG2 and SMMC7721, are measured by use of an MTT (Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium) method; results indicate that the compound has an excellent effect of anti-tumor cell activity in vitro, and can be applied to preparing anti-cancer drugs.
